We are a young team of three, based in Pakistan. We do not have published case studies yet, so we keep things simple: a written proposal first, an agreed number to improve, and a full refund if you cancel before work begins.

03How much does a project cost?
We quote per project because cost depends on scope. We take on budgets from under $500 to $5,000 and above. Send a short brief and you get a proposal with scope, timeline and cost before any work begins.
04How does a project start?
Send an inquiry through the contact form. A person on our team reads it, we book a short call to understand your goals, and then you receive a proposal.
05How long does a project take?
It depends on what we are building. The timeline is written into the proposal and agreed before work starts.
06What if I change my mind?
If you cancel before work begins, you get a full refund. Once work has begun, payments are not refundable. The details are in our Refund Policy.
07Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Connecting existing systems is part of the work: API integrations, CRM customisation, and automations that link the tools your team already relies on.
08Can you build a chatbot that knows our documents?
Yes. A RAG chatbot answers questions from a company's own documents. It is what we are building right now, so we know the work well.
09Do you help after launch?
