RefundPolicy

This policy explains when money you have paid us for services can be refunded. Nothing is sold or paid for through this website itself; payments are arranged directly with you once a proposal is agreed.

Before work begins

If you cancel before we begin work on your project, we will refund the full amount you have paid us for it.

After work begins

Once we have begun work, payments are not refundable. This applies to work that is complete and to work that is in progress, because the time has already been spent on your project.

When work begins

Work begins on the start date written in the proposal or agreement you accepted. If no start date is written there, we will tell you in writing before we start.

If something is not right

If you believe the work delivered does not match what was agreed in your proposal, tell us and we will review it with you.

Your agreement with us

If your signed proposal or agreement contains its own cancellation or refund terms, those terms apply instead of this page. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded.

How to ask for a refund

Write to us through our contact form with your name, the project and the payment concerned. We will reply in writing to confirm whether a refund is due and how and when it will be paid.
