This policy explains what personal information Codomin Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form. We collect what you type into it: your name, your email address, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message. Company name and phone number are optional. We also record the date and time you sent it.

To stop spam. When the form is sent, we turn your IP address into a scrambled code (a salted hash) and store that code, not the address itself. We use it only to limit how many messages one connection can send. Codes older than 24 hours are deleted automatically whenever the form is next used.

When you browse the site. Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages receive technical details from your browser, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our hosting provider keeps these in short-lived server logs for security and troubleshooting.

The assistant. The “Ask Codomin” assistant runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not saved.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
• We do not set cookies on visitors. See our Cookie Policy.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list when you send the contact form.

Why we use your information

We use the details you send only to reply to your inquiry, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to manage our working relationship if you become a client. We rely on the consent you give when you tick the box on the contact form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to delete your details.

Who handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the website and delivers its pages.
• A hosted PostgreSQL database provider stores contact form messages.
• Resend delivers the email that tells us a new message has arrived.

These providers may store or process information on servers outside Pakistan, including in the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as we work together and need records of that work. You can ask us to delete your message sooner. The scrambled IP code is not kept with it beyond the short period described above.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local law. To make a request, contact us through our contact form and tell us the email address you used.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, access to stored messages is restricted to us, and form input is validated and cleaned before it is stored. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to other websites, such as live versions of our projects. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
